Dean Santiago Iniguez, Dean of Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, has worked as a management consultant and has played an active role in the field of quality control in executive education. He has been Director of External Relations at IE during which time he led international initiatives like the creation of the Sumaq Alliance, a platform for executive education comprised of Instituto de Empresa and seven leading business schools from Latin America. He currently combines his responsibilities as dean with his position as Chairman of EQUAL (European Quality Link), the consortium that integrates European business school accreditation associations. He is a Member of the International Advisory Board of AMBA (Association of MBAs, UK).
